With Leopard coming in just 4 short days, Apple reported record revenue and market share. Apple has experienced 34% growth since the same quarter last year. Apple now has a market share of 8.1% and is third overall in computer sales. Lest we forget, the first two places go to Dell and HP, both companies with horrible customer service. What is contributing to the increase in Apple's market share? Two things as I see it: customer service and Vista. Who knows where this will go but it certainly seems as if Apple is on a roll.
