Unbelievable!
Honestly, this one is a little hard to believe. Scott Charney, the Microsoft Vice President for Trustworthy Computing, proposed a usage tax on the Internet to fight cyber threats.
So, let me get this right. Rather than build a secure product, Microsoft wants other people to pay for their defective software. Only in Microsoft's world does that make sense!
