Hasselblad Changes Hands Once Again

It looks like Hasselblad has changed hands once again. This time a private equity firm named Venitizz bought the company. Venitizz says that they will not make any changes to the company. Obviously, this will be a challenge given the price point of Hasselblad which has gone through the stratosphere since they went digital.

Fourth of July Weekend

Maru has figured out a perfect way to spend his holiday weekend :-)

Star Wars - Super Star Destroyer

Who hasn't watched Star Wars and thought that they would like to have Darth Vader's space ship. Now you can. At four feet long and $400, the Lego Star Wars Super Star Destroyer has over 3,000 pieces.

I need two of them. :-)

Wyoming Goes Google Apps

The state of Wyoming just moved to Google Apps. They moved 10,000 employees in less than nine months. This move will save the tax payers a fortune as well as improve efficiencies!

It makes you wonder by other states have not figured this out.

Reason To Buy A Mini

Here is a reason to finally buy a Mini. It is the 2012 Mini Cooper Coupe. It is available in the John Cooper Works model with a twin-turbo 208hp engine. It will do 0-60 in 6.1 seconds and has a top speed of 149mph.

I bet that they sell a lot of these.

Stuck In The Airport

How many of us have not been stuck in an airport due to a canceled flight. Joe Ayala and Larry Chen made a hilarious video of their plight when their flight from DFW was cancelled. They had to stay in the terminal overnight.

It seems that although the TSA was not amused by the video, everyone else is. :-)

World's Best Refrigerator

The new Northstar Brew Master Refrigerator may be the best in the world!

It comes standard with a through-the-door draught system pre-installed, including the tap dispenser, coupler, connections, CO2 cylinder, and drip tray. At only $3000, it seems like a bargain to me :-)
