Oskar The Blind Kitten - Helps Decorate For The Holidays

It turns out that the snow globe originated at the 1889 Paris World's Fair. It was the single souvenir sold at that event.
There must be a snow globe available for every interest or occasion :-)

FCC Blocks AT&T's Purchase of T-Mobile
The FCC announced today that the AT&T acquisition of T-Mobile is 'contrary to public interest.'
There are people dancing in the streets over this decision! I have been a T-Mobile customer for years and do not want to have anything to do with the company (AT&T) that is consistently at the bottom of Michigan State's ranking of customer service.

Steve Ballmer Disrespects Android
Steve Ballmer does it again. At the Web 2.0 conference, He said "You don't have to be a computer scientist to use a Windows Phone, but you do to use an Android phone."
Seriously? Has he ever tried to correct a Windows problem? Android is a very easy to use platform.
Insomuch that no one buys Windows phones, one might say that Mr. Ballmer is jealous. Fair enough. But saying that Android is hard to use goes beyond sanity. Something that Mr. Ballmer tends to do pretty regularly.

Very Sad Day
Steve Jobs (1955-2011) passed away today due to a chronic medial condition. It is a very sad day indeed. No one embodies passion for technology like Steve Jobs. When everyone else said that he would fail, he held true to his vision and principles above everything else.
Steve Jobs will go down in history as the most inspiring technology visionary of all time!
RIP Steve Jobs!
